Dr. Ameri has been practicing Rheumatology since 2014 after having completed a fellowship program at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. She is a compassionate and skilled Rheumatologist with a deep passion for treating patients with various rheumatologic disorders. Dr. Ameri values building long-term relationships with her patients, guiding them through their healing journey, and focusing on improving their quality of life through personalized treatment strategies. She is dedicated to providing holistic care that addresses both the clinical and emotional needs of her patients. She is particularly skilled in using musculoskeletal ultrasound for accurate diagnosis and monitoring of musculoskeletal conditions as well as ultrasound-guided injections.
Dr. Ameri, a native of the DC/MD area, is excited to be practicing in her home state and bringing her expertise and dedication to the community.
